DLP Alerts

This article gives you a short brief about Safetica security Alerts.

These Alerts, which is described below, you can find in Safetica Management Console > Alerts

1. DLP policy violation
   Alerts every occurrence of a user’s violations of DLP policies. The alert may be sent every 10 minutes.
2. Cumulative DLP policy violation
   Alerts a user’s daily cumulative* violations of DLP policies. The alert may be sent once a day.
3. Unprotected sensitive data leaving the endpoint
   Alerts a user's daily cumulative* count of categorized data that are not protected by any DLP policy and left the endpoint. The alert may be sent once a day.
4. Unprotected sensitive data leaving to a specific destination
   Alerts a user’s daily cumulative* count of categorized data that are not protected by any DLP policy and left to a single destination**. The alert may be sent once a day.

*cumulative = 10 per day; the counter resets at midnight.

**individual recognized destinations are:

• data sent to 1 e-mail address
• data uploaded to 1 web domain
• data moved to 1 flash drive
• data moved to 1 cloud service (web interface or sync client)
• data sent via any instant messaging application
• data sent to any printer (physical or virtual)
