How to enable Active management on stations with Safetica

Information in this article applies to Safetica ONE 10 or older.

Sometimes you may be asked by Safetica support to enable Active management on specific endpoints for troubleshooting purposes:

  1. Open Safetica Console.
  2. On the left side in the tree select the computer s for which you want to enable Active management
  3. Right-click to the computer and select Enable Active management
  4. You can select Enable Active management from more time intervals
  5. When the Active management is active, the icon of computer in tree will be displayed with a sprocket

Active management is used for increase of logging level and for faster communication with client and server.
