How to generate appropriate output of the Support Tool when facing a general issue

To generate appropriate output, the following steps are necessary:

  1. Enable advanced debug logs (How to enable Active management) and wait until the settings are applied to the client.
  2. Reproduce the issue.
  3. Go to Safetica Console -> Information collection, and collect all logs remotely. 
  4. Once the logs are collected, use the "Download" option to obtain the logs.
  5. Archive the logs, visit, describe the issue and what you've tried based on the shown hints. Attach the logs and confirm the submission.
