How to solve sign-in issues with Safari

Learn to change the configuration of the Safari browser to sign in to Safetica HUB and Safetica NXT without trouble.

When using the Safari browser to sign in to Safetica HUB or Safetica NXT, you may experience errors telling you that you are not logged in. You might also be unable to perform any actions in the consoles. This is due to the privacy settings of the browser, when cross-site tracking is not allowed.

To resolve this issue, change the cookie configuration in Safari:

1.  In the top bar, click Safari > Preferences > Privacy.

2.  Disable both Prevent cross-site tracking and Block all cookies.


3.  Restart Safari. You should now be able to sign in to both Safetica HUB and Safetica NXT and use them without issues.
