🆕💻On-premises Safetica: Network security
❗For now, this article applies only to Safetica hosted on-premises.
Introduction
By default, Safetica supports TLS 1.2 and 1.3, which are the secure connection standards used by modern websites.
This setting affects the protected devices (with installed Safetica Client), not Safetica server.
Support for old, obsolete TLS versions
In Settings > General > Network security, you can choose to enable older TLS versions (1.0 and 1.1) if needed. These versions are outdated and considered insecure, but some very old internal apps or websites might still require them.
❗Warning: TLS version 1.0 is over 20 years old and no longer considered secure. Only enable it if absolutely necessary for trusted internal apps.
