Status: Update scheduled

Change: Cloud release date rescheduled

Time range: 3:30 - 5:50 PST / 6:30 - 8:50 EST / 12:30 - 14:50 CET

Details: The cloud release originally scheduled for Friday, December 19, 2025, will now take place one day earlier, on Thursday, December 18, 2025.

Impact: This is a scheduling change only. Scope of the release and expected service impact remain the same as previously announced.

Status: Resolved

Issue: Service unavailability

Time range: 3:30 - 5:50 PST / 6:30 - 8:50 EST / 12:30 - 14:50 CET

Resolution: Website app.safetica.com was unavailable due to server performance overload. Service has been restored. During the service unavailability of the web console, device protection remained fully operational. All policies continued to apply, device logs were successfully collected and sent, and no data was lost.

Issue: Brazil Data Center - Service unavailability

Time range: 08:30 - 14:20 CEST

Resolution: Safetica Cloud console on app.safetica.com website was unavailable. It only concerned the Brazil data center. Service has been restored. During the service unavailability of the web console, device protection remained fully operational. All policies continued to apply, device logs were successfully collected and sent, and no data was lost.
