Status: Resolved

Issue: Brazil Data Centre - Service quality degradation

Time range: June 3 (22:20 CET / 13:30 PDT) -  June 4 (10:40 CET / 01:40)

Resolution: Azure Service Bus in the Brazil DC was overloaded and had with limited availability due to a configuration change. As a result, endpoints could be temporary unable to send logs or receive new settings from the console. The access to security log history for security analysis and investigation, and the security function of endpoints was not compromised — endpoints continued enforcing security policies throughout the incident. The Azure Service Bus scaling configuration was restored as well as the endpoint communication.

Status: Resolved

Issue: Brazil Data Centre - Settings were not being pushed to devices.

Time range: 09:56 - 15:00 UTC-5

Resolution: Safetica Platform console stopped sending settings to devices. Error 439 was shown in the Safetica console. This only affected the Brazil data centre. Device protection remained fully operational during the service outage. All policies continued to apply, device logs were successfully collected and sent, and no data was lost.

 


May 29, 2026

Status: Update scheduled - US data centre only

Change: Cloud release date rescheduled

Details:

The cloud release originally scheduled for Friday 29 May 2026 will take place at a later date. We cannot guarantee when this will be, as it depends on the Microsoft Multi-Service degradation in the West US 2 region. Azure status 

Impact: Scope of the release and expected service impact remain the usual.

Details: The cloud release originally scheduled for Friday, May 8, 2026, will take place one day earlier, on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Change: Cloud release date rescheduled

Time range: 3:30 - 5:50 PST / 6:30 - 8:50 EST / 12:30 - 14:50 CET

Details: The cloud release originally scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2026, will take place two days earlier, on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Impact: This is a scheduling change only. Scope of the release and expected service impact remain the usual.

Status: Resolved

Issue: Service degradation (unavailability)

Time range: 01:30 - 06:30 CEST

Resolution: The Safetica Cloud service experienced degradation due to a server issue (the root cause of the issue was related to the Key Vault TLS certificate). The service has now been restored.

Device protection remained fully operational during the service degradation.

All policies continued to apply, records were successfully collected and sent, and no data was lost.

Resolution: Website app.safetica.com was unavailable due to server performance overload. Service has been restored. During the service unavailability of the web console, device protection remained fully operational. All policies continued to apply, device logs were successfully collected and sent, and no data was lost.

Issue: Brazil Data Center - Service unavailability

Time range: 08:30 - 14:20 CEST

Resolution: Safetica Cloud console on app.safetica.com website was unavailable. It only concerned the Brazil data center. Service has been restored. During the service unavailability of the web console, device protection remained fully operational. All policies continued to apply, device logs were successfully collected and sent, and no data was lost.
