Safetica DLP solution provides with advanced security measurements, which require deep integration into the operating system. When encountering another installed DLP solution, possible technological conflicts may occur, which lead to an application malfunction as well as potential system instability and malfunction. We recommend uninstalling any potentially conflicting DLP solution prior to Safetica DLP installation in order to avoid any possible malfunctions.

Antivirus software and security
In order to provide effortless installation of Safetica DLP, we work closely with companies developing Antivirus software, to ensure that our software is not falsely detected as a potential threat. Before any official release, Safetica DLP is whitelisted in Antivirus databases.
To ensure full compatibility, we highly recommend manually setting exceptions for Safetica folders and processes and keeping your system and Antivirus software up to date, in order to avoid any possible conflict.
