IMPORTANT: End of life for Safetica ONE

Important dates for Safetica ONE end of life

We would like to inform you about the upcoming end-of-life milestones for Safetica ONE 10.5 and older versions. Please take note of the following important dates and plan accordingly to ensure a smooth transition to the new Safetica.

 

End of Sales

  • April 11, 2024: The End of Sales for Safetica ONE. From April 2024, only the new Safetica should be sold.

End of Maintenance (EoM)

  • December 31, 2024: The End of Maintenance (EoM) for Safetica ONE. Until the end of 2024, we will provide necessary updates and modifications to Safetica ONE, but no new features will be added. After the end of 2024, there will be no new modifications and no active customer support.

End of Life (EoL)

  • June 30, 2025: The End of Life (EoL) for Safetica ONE. From January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025, active customer support will no longer be provided. Safetica will address only critical security issues, fix global issues, and handle customer escalations based on our new official Safetica Escalation Protocol. After June 30, 2025, the product will no longer receive any updates or support.

Upgrade reminder:

We strongly encourage all customers to upgrade to the new Safetica to continue receiving new features and full product and customer support. With the new Safetica, you can choose between cloud hosting and on-premises hosting, as well as three product plans: Essentials, Pro, and Premium.
