Issues with macOS devices after updating to macOS Sonoma (14.2)

Old versions of Safetica Client are not compatible with macOS Sonoma 14.2.

You might encounter the following issues after updating your devices to macOS Sonoma (14.2):
  • Devices stop communicating after they are updated to macOS Sonoma.
  • You can't install old Safetica Clients to devices with macOS Sonoma.

To fix these issues in Safetica 10:

  1. Update Safetica to version 10.4.198 or newer.
  2. Go to Safetica Management Console > Update and deploy > Endpoint enrollment.
  3. Download a new MacOS Agent installer and update the Safetica agents on devices.



To fix these issues in Safetica NXT:

  1. Download a new installer from Safetica NXT console > Devices.
  2. Update Safetica Client on the devices.
