We update the Safetica NXT console every week. During this time, it is down for maintenance and can't be accessed.
We update the Safetica NXT console every Thursday. The necessary maintenance takes about 30 minutes within the 5:00-7:00 AM UTC / 7:00-9:00 AM CET / 1:00-3:00 AM EST time slot. For these 30 minutes, you won't be able to access the Safetica NXT console. However:
- The console update is fully separated from device updates (i.e. Safetica Client updates).
- All your devices are fully protected and synchronized even during the maintenance.
- All events are recorded and records are saved. They will be at your disposal after the update is finished.
