Google Docs is a system for creating, managing and synchronizing of documents directly in the web browser. Users can also use a supporting Google Drive tool for synchronization of all documents to local drive.
Safetica enables full management of uploading data to this system, which prevents leaking of sensitive data from the company. When data is already uploaded to the server, Google Docs itself manages access to the files based on user rights.
In case that user has synchronized data on local drive, Safetica can secure this data from leaking outside the synchronized folder to e.g. a USB device, other cloud servers etc.
