When an enrolled endpoint can't connect to Safetica NXT, you may need to collect logs locally.
To do that, follow the steps below:- Go to the C:\Program Files\Safetica\Tools folder and run STSupportToolSfx.exe as administrator.
- Select the first option Prepare the information pack.
- Describe your issue and click Next.
- Leave the default settings and click Run.
- Log collection will start. Please note that it may take several minutes.
- Save the output file to your local drive and upload it to upload.safetica.com. If you don’t have a Ticket ID, fill in your company name.
- After the upload is finished, the web page will show you your Upload ID. Write it down and forward it to Safetica Support.
