Sometimes you may be asked by Safetica support to enable Active management on specific endpoints for troubleshooting purposes:
Active management is used for increase logging level and for faster communication with client and server.
- Open Safetica Console.
- On the left side in the tree select the computer s for which you want to enable Active management
- Right-click to the computer and select Enable Active management
- You can select Enable Active management from more times interval
- When the Active management will be active, the icon of computer in tree will be with sprocket
