How to generate appropriate output of the Support Tool when facing a general issue

To generate appropriate output, the following steps are necessary:

  1. Enable advanced debug logs (How to enable Active management) and wait until the settings are applied on the client.
  2. Reproduce the issue.
  3. Start the Safetica Support Tool (STSupportTool32.exe). (Go to the C:\Program Files\Safetica\Tools)
  4. Click Prepare the information pack.
  5. Describe the information of issue.
  6. Click Run. At this moment the Support Tool read your. This preparation can take an extended period of time. As soon as Recording appears in the window, everything is ready.
  7. Click the Save button and select destination.
  8. Output with a .sfx extension will be created.
  9. Upload the .sfx file to analysis.safetica.com and describe the issue.
