WebSafetica database update failed

You may experience difficulties while signing in WebSafetica as of 11 November 2020. After entering your credentials WebSafetica returns Database update failed error message.

The issue occurs on servers with Safetica version 9.6. It doesn’t affect functionality of any other parts of Safetica besides access to WebSafetica. We are aware of the issue and we are currently working on fixing that.

If you need to reestablish access to WebSafetica immediately, the issue can be easily solved by updating Safetica to version 9.8 which is already available in Safetica Management Console. Please go to Safetica Management Console -> Maintenance -> Update and deploy and click on Download and update to version 9.8.32.

After the update process successfully finishes you need to restart WebSafetica service. Open the Windows Start menu on server with WebSafetica and run services.msk. Then search for WebSafetica service, right-click on it and Restart.
