Cloud-hosted Safetica: Unavailability during scheduled updates

We update cloud-hosted Safetica every week. During this time, it is down for maintenance, and its console can't be accessed.

We update cloud-hosted Safetica every Friday in the following time slot:

9:00 PM (Thursday) - 0:00 AM PT / 0:00-3:00 AM ET / 6:00-9:00 AM CET / 4:00-7:00 AM UTC. The necessary maintenance takes about 3 hours, for which you won't be able to access the cloud-hosted Safetica console. However:

  • The console update is fully separated from device updates (i.e. Safetica Client updates).
  • All your devices are fully protected and synchronized, even during the maintenance.
  • All operations are audited, and records are saved. They will be available to you after the update is finished.
