In some cases, we need to enable SQL query tracing to check the communication between our Safetica Management Service and the database.

Requirements
Safetica Maintenance Console- In Safetica ONE – Named Safetica Management Console and available to administrators by default.
- In new Safetica – Renamed to Safetica Maintenance console. Available upon manual installation from here.
Log SQL setup:
To do this, please, proceed as follows:
- Go to the Safetica Server
- Redirect to “C:\Program Files\Safetica Management Service\Tools”
- Run the STActivityMonitor.exe and log in with any Safetica administrator-level account
- Click on [Options] > [Server configuration…]
- Set the value of LogSql value to ‘1’
- Click on [OK]
- Close the STActivityMonitor
- Restart the Safetica management service in Services or execute the restart.bat located in “C:\Program Files\Safetica Management Service” and launch it through CMD
- In Safetica Maintenance Console, Go to Profile > Settings
- Select Verbose logging in the ‘Other Settings’
- Click [Finish]
- Do not forget to turn off the verbose logging after completing your task
