With Safetica, you can protect company data in M365 environments and extend protection policies to the cloud to ensure secure access and sharing of cloud-based files. Audit how data is handled across company and personal devices when utilizing Microsoft 365 accounts.
How is it reflected in the product?
✍️Entra ID synchronization: Microsoft 365 protection enables visibility into Entra ID. It can easily see into company structure, inherit groups, use the groups to set up policies, etc.
In the Data section, Safetica offers data visibility across Microsoft 365. You can see:
- File operations that occur in SharePoint Online (i.e., SharePoint, OneDrive Business, Teams, and all Office web apps that the user might be using).
- Anything happening in Exchange Online (all sent emails including attachments). It does not matter whether the user is using a device with Safetica Client or a mobile device, your company or personal device – Safetica sees everything going through Exchange Online.
Safetica also has protection policies for Microsoft 365:
- For email: Safetica can block emails (e.g. when sensitive content is found in attachments or when someone sends emails to forbidden recipients, etc.).
- For data: Safetica can block file-sharing operations done in the cloud. If a user shares a file with someone in the cloud who shouldn’t be allowed to see it, Safetica can cancel the sharing (i.e. block the operation).
