      Where can I set the language of Safetica console and Safetica notifications shown to end users

      Languages supported in Safetica console

      As of November 2024, Safetica console is available in:

      English, Czech, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, French, Polish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Slovak, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Russian

      Where to change the language of Safetica console

      You can change the language of Safetica console in Settings > General > Language and formats > Default language.

      Languages we support in end-user notifications:

      English, Czech, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, French, Polish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Slovak, Russian, German, Japanese

      Where to set the language of Safetica notifications shown to end users

      Safetica uses the system language of the end user's device when displaying their notifications. This means that:

      • If the end-user has their device set to one of the supported languages, we display Safetica notifications in that language.
      • If the end-user has their device set to a language we do not support, English is used by default.
