1. Safetica Essentials


The Essentials product plan focuses on visibility and detecting security incidents. Visibility of data at rest, data in use, data in motion, user activity across email, applications, websites, and external devices. It also offers classification of the data you detect. With an Essentials license, you will gain:
  • Safetica Unified Classification that combines content, context, file types, and the option to use existing 3rd-party data classification
  • Discovery of data at rest (coming soon)
  • Visibility of the data flow
  • User activity visibility across email, applications, websites, and external devices
  • Audit of user behavior and risk
  • Data security incident detection
  • Entra ID structure synchronization (users are divided into Entra ID groups)

 

2. Safetica Pro


The Pro product plan provides access to all the features of Safetica. It combines data visibility with protection and prevention – flexible protection policies that can log, notify, or block selected operations. It also includes application and website control and Microsoft  365 protection. With a Pro license, you will get all the benefits of Essential and also:
  • Advanced sensitive content detection in image-based files via OCR technology
  • Data security incident mitigation and remediation
  • Protection policies for data, applications, websites, external devices, and email
  • Microsoft 365 visibility and protection
