You can install, uninstall, or update Safetica; restart, hide, or restore selected devices
In Devices, you can manage Safetica on your devices:
- Install Safetica on a device
- Update Safetica on devices
- Uninstall Safetica from devices
- Restart devices
- Hide devices from Device > Overview and restore them again
Update Safetica on devices
You can update Safetica Client on selected devices to a new version.
Only devices in the Outdated state can be updated.
If you select multiple devices, those that are not in Outdated state will be ignored.
1. Go to Devices > Requires an update tab.
2. Select the device(s) on which you want to update Safetica Client.
3. Click Update.
Uninstall Safetica from devices
You can uninstall Safetica from selected devices:
1. Go to Devices > Overview.
2. Select the device(s) from which you want to uninstall Safetica.
3. Click Uninstall Safetica. Afterward, the uninstallation is scheduled.
Restart devices
You can force restart selected devices right from Safetica ONE 11 console.
Only devices in the Waiting for restart state can be restarted.
1. Go to Devices > Requires an update tab.
2. Select the device(s) you want to restart.
3. Click Restart. This will force the devices to restart.
Hide devices from Device > Overview and restore them again
Hidden devices are no longer displayed in Device > Overview.
They are also removed from the user tree, and their records will not be visible in any of the Analyze sections.
- Go to Devices > Overview.
- Select the device(s) you want to hide.
- Click Hide. The device(s) will be moved to the Hidden tab.

If you change your mind, you can restore the device(s) again:
Afterward, the device(s) will again be displayed in the user tree, and its records will be visible in the Analyze sections.
- Go to Devices > Hidden.
- Select the device(s) you want to restore.
- Click Restore. The device(s) will be moved to the Overview section.
