How to proceed further:
- Restart the “Safetica Web Site” in the IIS which you can find in the “Sites” folder
- Recycle both Safetica's applications pools under the Application pools
- Restart the Safetica Service in the services
- Restart the browser.
- If the problem still occurs, please proceed with the log collection
Logs Collection
- Open the Safetica Maintenance Console > Profile > Setting
- Click on Other Settings and change the [Logging level] to “Verbose”
- Click on [Finish] to save the changes
- Go to the web browser and find the Developer Tools – Usually F12.
- In the Developer Tools, go to the [Network] tab
- Reproduce the problem and download the .har file from the [Network] tab
- See if there are any error prompts in the [Console] tab and take a print screen
- In the Safetica Maintenance Console, go to Maintenance > Information Collection > Add collecting Task > switch to [From SMS] and collect logs.
- Download the logs and upload them to upload.safetica.com along with the .har file and optional print screens from the browser console.
